ECU Student Services Building

The five-storey building is located in Joondalup Drive, Joondalup, at an overall cost of $43 Million. It will have large LED panels, a five star energy efficiency rating, a wrap-around façade and a vast internal atrium. The works must be carried out in a busy, fully functional university, resulting in a safety issues that RM Surveys are well equipped to handle.
