QII at Queens Riverside

Construction is underway on “QII”, the next phase of Fraser’s Queens Riverside Development at the eastern end of Adelaide Terrace in Perth City. QII will consist of 107 one, two and three bedroom apartments on 8 levels, and is being built by JAXON Constructions. Already engaged on its taller sibling, “QIII”, RM Surveys is also the Project Surveyor for QII. Construction methodology for QII comprises both in-situ and precast walls, and in-situ slab. The overall project value for QII will be around $40 million. Work began on the site late in 2013 and is scheduled for completion in July 2015.
