Construction of the 9 story Tribe Hotel has finished with stunning results.
The first two floors of this hotel have been built using conventional construction methods; however the tower was built via contemporary modular methodology.
126 pre-fabricated, luxury guest rooms were lowered and fixed into position, increasing the speed and efficiency of the build. This resulted in high-end, affordable accommodation option in West Perth.
RM Surveys assisted Probuild with this project from its inception and this modular build has added to RM Surveys’ portfolio of pre-fabricated construction projects in Perth.
