CADASTRAL SURVEY MANAGER
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Cadastral Survey Manager, you will lead our Cadastral department, overseeing project delivery, quality assurance, staff development, and client engagement. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all cadastral surveying work.
You will work closely with our senior leadership team to support strategic growth, enhance departmental capabilities and uphold our reputation for technical excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Cadastral department, including surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
- Oversee the delivery of cadastral surveys including boundary re-establishments, subdivisions, title surveys, easements, and land development projects.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards.
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and departmental budgets.
- Conduct quality reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Support business development activities and contribute to proposals, tenders, and strategic planning.
ABOUT YOU

- Licensed/Registered Cadastral Surveyor.
- Extensive experience in cadastral surveying and land development.
- Strong people‑leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of cadastral legislation, land titling, and regulatory frameworks.
- High-level proficiency in surveying software and field technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
