The Reference Mark – Issue 3, September 2025

This quarter marked a milestone for RM Surveys with the launch of Regional Surveying Services (RSS), extending our lifecycle capability nationwide.

Alongside this, our teams advanced major projects across Western Australia and expanded specialist services that strengthen our role across the asset lifecycle.

At an industry level, attracting new entrants remains a challenge, but encouraging momentum is building through initiatives that strengthen training pathways and make the profession more appealing to fresh talent.

Finally, I want to recognise our people; from staff-led charity initiatives and our Lifeblood team to the appointment of Banesh Boodhoo as Cadastral Manager. Our work is about more than projects; it is about people, communities, and the future of our profession. I am proud of the role RM Surveys plays in each.
