239 Pier St: New Development in Perth City

RM Surveys has been appointed the Construction & Engineering Surveyors for an exciting new mixed-use development in the heart of Perth for Diploma construction, simply named 239 Pier Street. The large-scale development is for a Mixed Use Complex comprising 161 residential apartments and 7 ground floor commercial tenancies.

All the apartments will enjoy private outdoor amenities with views of the Swan River, and together with the commercial tenancies, will promote the continued regeneration of the northern area of Perth’s Stirling Street Precinct.
