Liv Apartments
RM Surveys commenced work in December 2016 on the innovative Liv Apartments in the historic heart of Fremantle’s East End. Our client, Georgiou Group, is the appointed project builder for the development.
Liv Apartments is a multi-storey, mixed-use development by Defence Housing Australia, and when complete will house defence members, as well as the general public, plus 1,300m² of commercial space for cafes and restaurants.
This exciting project is designed by award-winning international design firm Hassel, and will be the first WA project to receive environmental approval rating under One Planet guidelines.
RM Surveys have recently worked with Georgiou on other high profile projects such as the City Beach Redevelopment and B410 at Curtin University, and are thrilled to be their chosen survey consultant once again.
