RM Surveys is delighted to work with Probuild and Scanlan Architects on Perth’s $200m plus NV Apartments providing construction and engineering surveying, and strata plan documentation for the project.Ā Singapore-based property developer Fragrance Group Limited has appointed Probuild to carry out the design and construct contract for 374-396 Murray street site.
RM Surveys have been involved in the project since October 2015 with our Property Development team providing Fragrance Group Limited with preliminary strata documentation required for sales. Our Construction and Engineering team is now on site working with for ProbuildĀ till the expected completion in late 2019. Once the construction is complete, the Property Development team will then finalise the strata plan documentation.
The development will be made up of two towers; one 28-level tower includes 488 hotel rooms and a ground floor eatery, and the second 33-level tower contains 401 residential apartments.
The project is just one of many Probuild projects shaping Perthās CBD.
