Raine Square Redevelopment
Built has been appointed to deliver the $240 million Raine Square redevelopment and have selected RM Surveys as their primary survey partner. We are thrilled to partner with Built once again on another revitalised landmark project for the people of Perth.
The redeveloped Raine Square will include 40 new retail stores, along with a luxury 12-screen Palace Cinema complex, boutique hotel accommodation, and enhanced food and entertainment choices. Stores returning to Raine Square in 2018 include Rebel and Coles Central.
This revitalised precinct will create a vibrant new entertainment, dining and retail experience and will provide significant employment opportunities in the retail sector at completion. The project will create 150 jobs during the construction phase, and 400 new permanent retail jobs at the completion of the redevelopment.
The project is scheduled to complete in the fourth quarter of 2018.
