Construction Surveyors

Dedicated Project Surveyor Support

One project surveyor. A whole team behind them. Consistent on-site support backed by the technical expertise and resources to respond as construction progresses.

A Project Surveyor Who Knows Your Site

RM Surveys provides dedicated project surveyors who work directly with builders, engineers and subcontractors throughout construction.

Your primary surveyor develops a detailed understanding of the project’s scope, programme, drawings and site conditions. They coordinate day-to-day survey requirements, review drawings and calculations, plan upcoming works and respond to RFIs.

Rather than approaching each survey request in isolation, they understand how the work relates to the wider construction programme and can identify potential issues before they affect site activities.

Each project surveyor is backed by RM Surveys’ construction team, Lead Surveyors, Managers and specialist departments, providing additional capacity and technical support as required.

One Point of Contact. Wider Capability Behind Them.

A consistent project surveyor develops knowledge of the site’s history, current priorities and upcoming requirements, reducing the time spent bringing different people up to speed.

They work closely with construction teams to coordinate activities, respond to design changes and identify discrepancies before they become larger problems.

When additional resources are required, our wider team can support the project while maintaining a consistent point of coordination.

At Curtin University’s Building 316, RM Surveys’ dedicated Project Surveyor, Andrew Ferguson, has coordinated up to six construction surveyors at peak activity, drawing on additional specialist expertise as the project has progressed.
